VEC stands for Vocational Education Council

Applications must be made on-line.

 

  

1. Click the Job Listing Tab.

2. Choose which VEC you are interested in. A list of jobs will appear.

3. Click on the Job you wish to apply for. A Job Description will appear.

4. If you wish to apply for this job, click on the 'Apply Now' button.

5. The Application Form will appear.

6. Follow the instructions to complete the application form.

The addresses of all schools and centres can be found on the Contact Us section of the website.

 

1: Choose what VEC you wish to find an address for.

 

2: Depending on the heading you are looking for (ie: Post Primary School, Youthreach etc.) click

            the 'View Details' button that corresponds to your choice.

 

3: All details will appear under the chosen heading.

A Teaching Council Registration Number is required on all applications for Academic Staff. You will not be permitted to proceed with your application form if this field is not completed.

 

If you have not yet registered with the Teaching Council of Ireland or are awaiting confirmation please insert 'Pending' into the Registration Number field. This should allow you to proceed to the next page.

For security reasons the session is set to expire after a certain period of time.

 

We recommend that you use a plain text editor (like notepad) to type your supporting statement or any other information that may take some time to type. This way you can copy and paste the information into the required fields. Please do not use MS Word to type this information.
