A. Registration

By registering with VECvacancies.ie, you provide personal data and explicitly state that you are interested in employment with the Vocational Education Committee(s) you selected. You therefore provide this data to be used for informing you of vacancies in your area of interest. The registration process is a default setting of the application process. You can view and update your personal details at any time. VECvacanices.ie will treat your data as confidential in accordance with the Data Protection Acts mentioned above.

Under no circumstances will your data be forwarded to third parties outside VECvacancies.ie and the Vocational Education Committee(s) you have registered for.

Apart from you, authorised VECvacancies.ie staff and HR Recruitment Staff within the Vocational Education Committee(s) you have registered for have access to your data. If a vacancy arises in an area you have selected, an email will issue to your registered email address to notify you.

If you do not log onto VECvacancies.ie within a period of two years, VECvacancies.ie may send you an email to ask you if you wish to remain on the register. If you do not respond by the given deadline your information will be deleted.

B. Application

By applying for a specific job vacancy, you provide that Vocational Education Committee with your personal data. You are responsible for ensuring that this data is correct and true. By submitting your application, you agree to you data being used in conjunction with the filling of this position. Your application details will be saved from any previous applications in this job category and you can view and update the data before you submit the application.

Under no circumstances will your data be forwarded to third parties outside VECvacancies.ie and the Vocational Education Committee(s) you have registered for.

Apart from you, authorised VECvacancies.ie staff and HR Recruitment Staff within the Vocational Education Committee(s) you have registered for have access to your data. After your application is submitted is forwarded to the Vocational Education Committee who posted the vacancy therefore all correspondence will be sent from this Committee from this point onwards.

If you wish to withdraw an application you must contact the Vocational Education Committee you applied to directly and they will remove your application from the competition.
